These Terms govern your use of Dental ORE Part 1 Prep published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Apple Standard EULA.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & lifetime purchase
Full access requires an In-App Purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly) and an optional Lifetime (non-consumable) purchase are offered in USD pricing tiers via the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App.

3. Educational use only
All questions and rationales are original study aids. The App is not affiliated with the GDC or ORE. Content is not medical advice and does not guarantee exam success. Always verify current official exam information with the GDC.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute question content commercially, or misuse the App.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including exam outcomes or clinical decisions.
