These Terms govern your use of the iOS app Deer Stalking DSC1 Prep published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.
The App is an unofficial study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to BASC, Deer Management Qualifications (DMQ), or any official awarding body. Content is original practice material based on publicly available UK deer, firearms and food hygiene principles. It is not legal advice and not a substitute for accredited training.
Access requires an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase processed by Apple. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency (listed reference prices are in US dollars). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation.
