These Terms govern your use of Day Skipper Theory Prep by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable (Standard Apple EULA).
1. Unofficial study aid
The App is an independent educational product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the RYA or any training organisation. Course names are used descriptively. Content does not guarantee a pass on any official assessment.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules and these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Access requires an in-app purchase (auto-renewable subscription or lifetime unlock). Prices are shown in the App in your local currency (listed USD reference prices: $4.99/month, $14.99/year, $24.99 lifetime). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Restoring purchases is available in the App.
4. Content accuracy
Questions and explanations are original study aids based on public IRPCS/COLREGs and standard navigation practice. They may contain errors; always cross-check with current official publications, instructors, and local regulations before going afloat. The App is not a substitute for professional training.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute question banks commercially, or misuse the App. We may update or discontinue features.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for navigational decisions made using the App.
