These Terms govern your use of Data Protection Practitioner Prep, published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
1. Unofficial study aid — not legal advice
The App provides original practice questions and study tools for UK data protection topics based on publicly available UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and ICO guidance. It is not legal advice, not an official exam, and not affiliated with the ICO, IAPP, BCS or any awarding body.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple EULA and these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase via Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Prices are set in App Store Connect (reference USD: Monthly $6.99, Yearly $24.99, Lifetime $39.99; local currency may apply).
4. No guarantees
We do not guarantee exam outcomes, employment outcomes, or regulatory compliance of any organisation. Always verify against current official sources and obtain qualified legal advice for operational decisions.
5. Intellectual property
App software, original questions, and branding are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute question content commercially.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
