These Terms govern your use of Civil Service Test Prep UK published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules in Apple’s Media Services Terms.
2. Purchase required
The App download is free. Full access to practice content requires an auto-renewable subscription (Monthly or Yearly) or a one-time Lifetime purchase via Apple In‑App Purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency (USD base: $4.99/month, $14.99/year, $19.99 lifetime).
3. Subscriptions
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. During each subscription period you receive full access to the question bank, timed simulations, flashcards, review tools, and progress tracking.
4. Study aid only
The App provides original practice questions for personal study. It is not an official Civil Service test, past paper, or government service. It does not guarantee an interview or job offer. Always follow official guidance for the vacancy you apply for.
5. Intellectual property
App content, design, and branding are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for recruitment outcomes or indirect damages arising from use of the App. Not affiliated with the UK Civil Service, Cabinet Office, or Civil Service Commission.
