These Terms govern use of CITB SMSTS & SSSTS Prep by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Licence

We grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, per Apple’s rules.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

Access requires an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase via Apple In-App Purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency (base pricing set in USD). Yearly plans may include a free trial where offered. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Study aid only — disclaimer

The App is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CITB. Questions are original and based on publicly available UK HSE guidance and legislation. Practising does not guarantee a pass on any official course assessment. Always follow current law, HSE guidance and your employer’s procedures.

4. No warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
