This Privacy Policy explains how CITB SMSTS & SSSTS Prep (the “App”), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”), handles information. The App is private by design.

1. We do not collect personal data

The App does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. No accounts, no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs.

2. Data stored on your device

Study progress (answers, streak, bookmarks, mock history, preferences) stays only on your device. It is removed if you delete the App.

3. Purchases

Subscriptions and lifetime purchase are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We never receive your payment card details. See the Apple Privacy Policy.

4. Notifications

If you enable a daily study reminder, Apple’s local notification system schedules it on-device. We do not send push notifications from a server.

5. Children

The App is intended for adults preparing for site management/supervisor safety training. It is not directed at children under 13.
