These Terms of Use govern your use of CISI IOC Prep (the “App”), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Licensed Application End User License Agreement also incorporates Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, which applies to the extent required for App Store distribution.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App and charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
- Monthly subscription: billed every month at the price shown at purchase (USD $6.99 or local equivalent).
- Yearly subscription: billed every year at the price shown at purchase (USD $24.99 or local equivalent).
- Lifetime access: one-time non-consumable purchase (USD $39.99 or local equivalent).
3. Educational content disclaimer
All questions and explanations are original study aids. They are not official CISI examination questions. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). CISI is a trademark of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Using the App does not guarantee a pass on any official exam. Always verify current syllabuses and rules with CISI.
4. Acceptable use
You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell App content except as allowed by law. You may not use the App for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The App, branding, and original question content are owned by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy or its licensors. All rights reserved.
6. No warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for exam outcomes, career results, or data loss.
