These Terms govern your use of CIMA Objective Tests Prep (the “App”) published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Apple Standard EULA.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & purchases

Full access requires a purchase (monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or lifetime unlock). Prices are shown in the App and charged by Apple to your Apple Account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Apple Account settings. There is no free trial and no free content tier.

Reference USD prices: Monthly $9.99, Yearly $34.99, Lifetime $59.99 (local prices may vary by storefront).

3. Study content

All questions and explanations are original practice material for educational purposes. The App is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with CIMA. Content does not guarantee exam results. Always verify current exam rules with the official awarding body.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for exam outcomes, indirect damages, or loss of data beyond what cannot be excluded by law.
