These Terms of Use govern your use of Chartered Banker Prep (the “App”), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. Licensed Application End User License Agreement also includes Apple’s Standard EULA where applicable.
1. Unofficial study aid
The App is an independent, unofficial study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Chartered Banker Institute or any awarding body. Content is original practice material based on public UK banking regulation and standard industry practice. It does not guarantee exam success.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules and these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires an In‑App Purchase: auto-renewable Monthly ($6.99 USD) or Yearly ($24.99 USD) subscription, or a Lifetime ($39.99 USD) one-time purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Prices may vary by storefront; Apple displays the localised price at purchase.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute question content commercially, or use the App for unlawful purposes. Questions are for personal study only.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is”. We make no warranties that content is complete, current for every regulatory change, or sufficient alone for any official assessment. Always consult official course materials and current regulatory sources.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including exam outcomes or career decisions.
