These Terms of Use govern your use of Manual Handling & COSHH Prep (the “App”) published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms.
Licensed Application End User License Agreement also incorporates Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
1. License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires a subscription or lifetime purchase via Apple In-App Purchase. Prices are displayed in the App in your local currency (listed US prices: Monthly $2.99, Yearly $9.99, Lifetime $14.99). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
3. Study aid only — not official training
The App is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) or any awarding body or training provider. Content is original practice material based on publicly available guidance. Using the App does not guarantee a pass on any course or assessment. Always follow current law, HSE guidance, and your employer’s procedures. The App is not a substitute for formal training or professional advice.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App. Question content is for personal study only.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including workplace decisions made using study content.
