These Terms govern your use of CeMAP Prep published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Apple Standard EULA.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
2. Purchase required
Full access requires an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase via Apple In-App Purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency (USD base: Monthly $9.99, Yearly $34.99, Lifetime $59.99). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings.
3. Study content
All practice questions are original educational content. They are not official CeMAP exam papers. Practising does not guarantee exam success, qualification, or FCA authorisation.
4. Disclaimer of affiliation
CeMAP is a trademark of the London Institute of Banking & Finance / Walbrook Institute London. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LIBF, Walbrook, or the FCA.
5. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or misuse the App. Do not use the App for unlawful purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for exam outcomes, career decisions, or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
