Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use govern your use of Border Force Officer Prep (the “App”), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies via Apple’s standard EULA where referenced in App Store metadata: Apple Standard EULA.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires an auto-renewable subscription (Monthly or Yearly) or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App and charged by Apple to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Service provided during an active subscription or lifetime entitlement: full original question bank, timed simulations, practice by area, flashcards with spaced repetition, review of incorrect/bookmarked items, and progress tracking.
3. Educational content disclaimer
All questions and materials are original practice content for study purposes. The App is not affiliated with Border Force, the Home Office, the UK Civil Service, the Cabinet Office, or the Civil Service Commission. Content is not an official past paper. Using the App does not guarantee assessment success, interview invitation, or employment.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell App content, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
App software, design, and original content are owned by the Developer except for Apple platforms and system components.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for exam outcomes, employment decisions, or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
