These Terms govern your use of Bookkeeping Level 2 Prep published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Apple Standard EULA.
1. Unofficial study aid
The App provides original practice questions for UK Level 2 bookkeeping foundations. It is not affiliated with ICB or IAB. Content is for educational practice only and does not guarantee exam results or certification.
2. License
We grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules and these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & purchases
Access requires an in-app purchase (auto-renewable subscription or lifetime unlock). Prices are shown in the App Store and charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
4. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute question banks commercially, or misuse the App. Content remains our intellectual property except for trademarks belonging to third parties (used only for descriptive, unofficial study context).
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for exam outcomes, indirect damages, or data loss beyond what applicable law requires.
