Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of 簿記マスターPro (the “App”) published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“Developer”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Apple Standard EULA.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires an auto-renewable subscription (Monthly or Yearly) or a one-time Lifetime purchase via Apple In-App Purchase. Prices are shown in the App and App Store in your local currency (reference USD: Monthly $6.99, Yearly $36.99 with 3-day free trial where offered, Lifetime $64.99). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Unused free trial portions are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Educational content
The App provides original study materials for Japanese bookkeeping exam preparation (3級/2級/1級 style practice). Content is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee exam results. The App is not affiliated with the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry or any official awarding body.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse the App content. You may not use the App for unlawful purposes.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
