Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

By downloading and using Beginning Sounds for Kids you agree to the following simple terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use this app on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

2. One-time purchase

All content is unlocked with a single non-consumable in-app purchase (the “Lifetime Unlock”). This is a one-time purchase — it is not a subscription, there is nothing to auto-renew, and there is no recurring charge. Once purchased, the unlock is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your devices using “Restore Purchases”.

3. Payments

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and Apple’s standard licensed-application terms. Prices are shown before purchase.

4. Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple.

5. Child safety

Purchases and any support contact are protected by a parental gate. The app collects no personal data.

6. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” for educational and entertainment purposes for young children, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

7. Apple standard EULA

This app is also governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
