These App Terms supplement the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) for BCAT Prep, published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy.

1. Service description
BCAT Prep provides original critical-reasoning practice questions, timed mocks, flashcards, strategy guides, and progress tracking for educational study related to bar course aptitude / critical thinking skills. Full access requires an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
2. Subscriptions & lifetime purchase
- Monthly Premium — auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly.
- Yearly Premium — auto-renewing subscription, billed yearly.
- Lifetime Access — one-time non-consumable purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Prices are displayed in the App Store and purchase sheet in your local currency; demo marketing references may use USD.
3. No affiliation
BCAT Prep is an independent educational product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Bar Standards Board, the Bar Council, Inns of Court, or any Bar training provider. Content is original practice material and is not official exam content or legal advice.
