By downloading or using ATT Tax Prep (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. The App is published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy.

1. Study aid only
The App provides original practice questions and study tools. It is not official ATT course material, not a past-paper bank, and not professional tax advice. Practising does not guarantee exam success. Always verify current law, rates and official syllabi for your sitting.
2. Subscriptions and lifetime purchase
Full access requires an In-App Purchase: auto-renewable Monthly or Yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your App Store storefront currency (listed reference prices are in US dollars). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App.
3. Intellectual property
App software, original questions, rationales and branding are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, redistribute or resell content.
4. Disclaimer of affiliation
Not affiliated with the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT), CIOT, HMRC or any awarding body. ATT is a trademark of the Association of Taxation Technicians.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties. The Developer is not liable for exam outcomes or decisions made using the App.
