Summary

The App is offline-first study software. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising SDKs. We do not sell personal information.

Information we process

• On-device study data: progress, answers, bookmarks, streaks, study preferences and reminder settings stored locally on your device.
• Purchases: Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Support email: If you email us, we receive the address and content you send so we can respond.
• Notifications: If you enable study reminders, iOS schedules local notifications on your device. We do not send marketing push from our servers.

No account required

The App does not require creating an account with us and does not operate a cloud user profile service.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Purchase processing is handled by Apple. We may disclose information if required by law.

Children

The App is a general education tool for workplace asbestos theory practice. It is not directed at children under 13.

Security & retention

Study data remains on your device unless you delete the App or reset progress. Support emails are retained only as needed to assist you.

Your choices

• Disable reminders in iOS Settings or in-app where available.
• Reset study progress in Settings.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Contact us with questions about this policy.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
