These Terms govern your use of Army Officer Selection Prep published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

1. Unofficial study aid
The App is an independent educational product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the British Army, the Ministry of Defence, AOSB, or RMAS Sandhurst. Content does not constitute official selection criteria or guaranteed outcomes.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires an In-App Purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly $6.99 USD, Yearly $19.99 USD) renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime Access ($29.99 USD) is a one-time non-consumable purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. No free trial is offered unless stated in the App Store product page.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell App content. Questions and scenarios are original study materials for personal preparation only.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee selection board success. Always follow official Army joining guidance.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
