These Terms of Use govern your use of APM PMQ Prep published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Unofficial study aid
The App is an independent, unofficial practice tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Association for Project Management (APM). Content is original study material and does not reproduce official exam papers or copyrighted Body of Knowledge text. Practice does not guarantee a pass on any official examination.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires an auto-renewable subscription (Monthly or Yearly) or a one-time Lifetime purchase, billed through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Prices are displayed in the App Store for your region (USD reference: Monthly $9.99, Yearly $29.99, Lifetime $49.99).
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App content. Questions and model answers are licensed for personal study only.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for exam outcomes, employment decisions, or indirect damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
