These Terms are the End User License Agreement for Actuarial Exam P Prep. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and controls in case of conflict.

1. License

We grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, per Apple’s usage rules.

2. Subscriptions and lifetime unlock

A purchase is required. Subscription or lifetime unlocks full access. Payment charged to Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before period end. Manage in App Store account settings. Unused free trial forfeited when you purchase.

Practice questions are original study material, not official SOA or CAS exam questions. Not affiliated with the Society of Actuaries (SOA) or the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS). Exam P trademarks belong to their respective owners. Not professional advice.
