Accounting & Audit Career Prep (“the App”) is provided by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the App handles information.

Summary

We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or track you across apps/websites. Study progress is stored on your device.

Information we process

• On-device study data: quiz progress, bookmarks, incorrect answers, flashcard boxes, optional study reminders, and settings. Stored locally via on-device storage (e.g., SwiftData / UserDefaults).
• Purchases: Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide purchase receipts/entitlement status required to unlock features.
• Support email: If you email us, we receive the address and message content you send so we can respond.

What we do not do

• No third-party analytics or advertising networks in the App
• No sale of personal data
• No account registration required inside the App
• No collection of precise location for tracking

Apple App Store & payments

Payments, subscription management, billing, refunds, and related data are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy and terms. Manage subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Data retention

On-device data remains until you reset progress in Settings, delete the App, or erase the device. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to help you.

Children

The App is a professional exam study tool and is not directed at children under 13.

• Reset progress in the App settings
• Delete the App to remove local study data
