These Terms of Use govern your use of AAT Prep (the “App”), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use.
2. Independent study aid
The App provides original practice questions and study tools. It is not an official AAT product and does not guarantee exam success. Always confirm current assessment rules on the official AAT website.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Full access requires an In-App Purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell App content. Practice content is for personal study only.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for exam outcomes, indirect damages, or data loss.
