These terms apply to the iOS app A-Level Psychology Revision published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy.

License

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies in addition to these terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Subscriptions & purchases

• Full access requires an auto-renewable subscription (Monthly or Yearly) or a one-time Lifetime purchase.
• Prices are shown in the App Store / purchase sheet (USD reference: Monthly $3.99, Yearly $12.99, Lifetime $14.99; local currency may vary).
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Educational disclaimer

The App is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR, or any exam board. Practice questions are original. Using the App does not guarantee any exam grade. Always follow your school’s specification and official guidance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute paid content unlawfully, or misuse the App.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular exam outcome.
