These Terms of Use govern your use of A-Level Politics Revision (the “App”), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms and, for auto-renewable subscriptions, to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
1. Service description
The App provides original practice questions, mocks, flashcards and progress tools for A-Level Politics study (UK politics, UK government, ideologies, and US/comparative topics). It is a paid digital product unlocked via in-app purchase (monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or lifetime unlock). There is no free content tier.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Prices are displayed in the App and App Store (USD reference: $3.99/month, $12.99/year, $14.99 lifetime where available). Local pricing may vary by storefront.
3. Educational disclaimer
The App is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with Pearson Edexcel, AQA, or any exam board. Content is original and for learning practice only. Contested political topics are presented in a balanced, non-partisan way. Practising here does not guarantee any particular grade. Always follow your school’s current specification.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the App for personal study. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell the question bank or other content.
5. Intellectual property
All original questions, UI, branding and materials in the App are owned by the Developer unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of exam outcomes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App.
