These Terms of Use govern your use of A-Level Maths Revision (the “App”), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules.
2. Subscriptions & lifetime purchase
Full access requires an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase processed by Apple:
- Monthly — billed monthly; full Pure, Mechanics & Statistics access during each period
- Yearly — billed yearly; full app access during each period
- Lifetime — one-time non-consumable purchase; no recurring billing
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Prices are displayed in the App Store and in the App at purchase time (USD reference prices: $3.99/month, $12.99/year, $14.99 lifetime).
3. Educational content disclaimer
All questions and worked solutions are original study materials. The App is not affiliated with Pearson (Edexcel), AQA, OCR, or any awarding body. Content does not guarantee any examination grade. Always follow your school’s course and official specifications.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell App content. You may not use the App for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
App software, branding, and original questions remain the property of the Developer. “A-Level” and exam-board names are used only for descriptive educational context.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
