These Terms govern your use of A-Level Law Revision published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) where applicable.

1. Educational use only — not legal advice
The App provides educational revision materials for A-Level Law. It is not a law firm, solicitor, barrister, or legal advice service. Content must not be relied on for real legal disputes, exams beyond personal study, or professional decisions.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires an auto-renewable subscription (Monthly or Yearly) or a one-time Lifetime purchase via Apple In-App Purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency (US dollar list prices: $3.99/month, $12.99/year, $14.99 lifetime). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings.
3. No free tier
There is no free sample of the question bank. Access requires a purchase or restore of a previous purchase.
4. Intellectual property
All original questions, rationales, and app design are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, redistribute, or scrape the question bank for commercial use.
5. Disclaimer of affiliation
Not affiliated with AQA, OCR, Eduqas, WJEC, Pearson Edexcel, CCEA, or any exam board.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of grade outcomes or uninterrupted service.
