These Terms govern your use of A-Level Further Maths Revision (the “App”), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires an In-App Purchase: Monthly Premium ($3.99 USD / month), Yearly Premium ($12.99 USD / year), or Lifetime Access ($14.99 USD one-time). Prices may vary by storefront; local currency may apply. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App.

3. Educational content
All questions and rationales are original study aids. They are not official past papers and are not affiliated with any exam board. Practising does not guarantee any grade. Always consult current official specifications and your teachers.
4. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for exam outcomes, indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
5. Intellectual property
App content, branding and software are owned by the Developer or licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or reverse engineer the App except as allowed by law.
