These Terms govern your use of A-Level English Literature Revision (the “App”), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) at apple.com/legal/.../stdeula.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules and the Standard EULA.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Full access requires an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. There is no free sample tier. Prices displayed in the App Store and at purchase (reference USD: $3.99 monthly, $12.99 yearly, $14.99 lifetime) are charged by Apple to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App.
3. Educational content
All practice questions and rationales are original study aids. They are not official past papers and do not reproduce copyrighted literary extracts from exam boards. Public assessment ideas (skills such as close reading, context and comparison) are described at a general level only. Practising does not guarantee any grade. Always follow your school’s current specification.
4. Disclaimer of affiliation
The App is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR, WJEC, CCEA, or any exam board or awarding organisation.
5. No warranties
The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including exam outcomes.
